We will be serving-

Wild mushroom dolmades with salted lemon and tomato tapenade

Celeriac hasselbacks with sultanas, curry leaves and fermented tofu dressing

Peri peri cauliflower with slow roasted carrots and red pepper and almond puree

Pumpkin, chickpea and spinach coconut curry with charred lime pickle

Dark chocolate, cherry and coconut “cherry ripe”

2017 Travis Tausend 'Handful' - 100% Semillon, grown in Magpie Springs, Hope Forest SA
Organic practices in both the vineyard and winery. 30% of grapes were fermented on skins/stems/stalks, they went to seasoned barrique and left un-topped for 12 months. 30% on just skins into barrique but topped, 30% direct press into stainless steel. Blended and bottled to create a Jura-esq oxidative, skin contact style white wine. Bright acidity, oxidative, creamy finish.

2018 Commune of Buttons 'Gloria' - 100% Pinot Noir, grown in Basket Range, Adelaide Hills SA
Hand picked, organic & Biodynamic practices. The winemaking is: fermented using 50% whole bunches on skins in a 3000L closed top Oak fermenter. Then 6 months seasoned barrique/ 3 months stainless steel. Elegant cool climate Pinot Noir, firm tannins, bright fruit forwardness with lifted acidity that allows the fruit to effortlessly hang off.
