Our Human Resouces are the core of our business. The way we are judged, and our ultimate performance is down to the faces that are at the front line of our business.

The Lion Hotel is a very hands-on environment, from the Directors of the business down. We are mindful that the best marketing and promotion comes from within our business – from the service and product created by our Team.

We maintain a culture of warmth and friendliness within our Team..and of course it has to be fun! We also devote considerable in-house resources to training. Whether it be a First Aid Course or a Cognac Masterclass, we aim to provide our staff with the tools with which to do their jobs to the very best of their abilities, and hopefully foster talents to take elsewhere in life also!
